Co-Founder of Rent Our Pad, Louise has over 20 years in BTL although now her primary focus is growing the company’s own portfolio and deal sourcing for investors. She is experienced in auction purchases and direct to vendor purchases. She has a proven track record in BRR (buy, refurb, refinance). For landlords who have properties that require a little TLC, we prepare properties in any condition and prepare them to be tenanted.
